Formerly Charlie Leggett’s Appling Concrete, Mobile took over this plant in December 2009. Located on the north side of Baxley, the acquisition of this plant allows us to serve all of Appling County as well as parts of Bacon, Jeff Davis and Toombs County. Wilson Denny is the manager in Baxley.
